Terms of Service

These terms form the contract between you and Alta Saska sp. z o.o., registered at Kamienna 2, 30-001 Kraków, Poland, registered in the National Court Register (KRS) under number 0000427509, EUID PLKRS.0000427509, whenever you use this website or place an order. By placing an order you confirm that you accept them and that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or guardian.

We sell branded confectionery. Product names, pack sizes, ingredient lists, allergen information and nutrition values are taken from public product databases and manufacturer packaging. Manufacturers change recipes, so the packaging you receive is always the authoritative source — read it before eating, especially if you have an allergy or intolerance. Product photographs are illustrative.

All contracts are concluded and charged in euro (EUR) and include VAT at the applicable rate. Any other currency shown at checkout is an indicative conversion for your convenience only; your bank may apply its own rate and fees. Prices exclude delivery costs, which are shown before you confirm the order. If a price is displayed incorrectly we will contact you before dispatch and you may cancel free of charge.

Adding items to the basket is not an order. When you confirm your order you make a binding offer to buy; the contract comes into effect when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may refuse an order where an item is unavailable, where the order looks fraudulent, or where we cannot deliver to your address.

Bank transfer is currently the only available payment method. After you place an order we email you our bank details and the order reference. Your order is reserved for seven days and is dispatched as soon as the transfer is received. Card, PayPal and Stripe payments are marked as coming soon and cannot be selected.

We ship to the address you provide. Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed dates. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery. Because sweets are temperature-sensitive, chocolate orders may be held back during heatwaves; we will tell you if that happens.

As a consumer in the EU you have a 14-day right of withdrawal. How it works, and the limits that apply to sealed food products, are set out in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised use. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy.

The design, text and code of this website belong to us. Brand names, logos and product packaging belong to their respective manufacturers and are used to identify the goods we sell. You may not copy or reuse our content commercially without permission.

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence, injury to life or health, and under mandatory product liability rules. Otherwise our liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

These terms are governed by Polish law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of your country of residence. We may amend these terms for future orders; the version in force at the time of your order applies to it.
