This policy applies to everyone who visits the website, creates an account, submits a form or contacts us. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

• Placing orders with someone else's identity, address or payment details.
• Scraping, mass-downloading, mirroring or reselling our content, catalogue data or images without written permission.
• Probing, scanning or overloading the website, bypassing access controls, or uploading malware.
• Automated bulk ordering, price monitoring bots, or interfering with stock availability for other customers.
• Using the site to break any applicable law or to infringe someone's rights.

Anything you send us — messages, reviews, account details — must be accurate, your own to share, and free of insults, hate speech, threats, spam or advertising. Do not include other people's personal data without their consent.

The shop sells to consumers for personal consumption. Bulk purchases for resale need our written agreement — write to [email protected] and we will happily discuss wholesale.

If this policy is breached we may remove content, cancel orders, suspend or delete an account, block access, and report serious cases to the authorities. Where we can, we will explain the reason first.
